How I dropped 3 sizes: Get Inspired by my story – Lose Weight and Belly Fat

After the birth of her second daughter, Jenny decided that she must lose weight and get a flat stomach fast.  That wasn’t an easy task, especially with two small children and a slim spouse that could eat anything. But after she has made up her mind, nothing would have moved her from her decision. “Whoever believes in himself will succeed,” she says. She was determined to lose weight fat and get a flat stomach fast.

By the time she was a child, Jenny was overweight. “During high school I did a diet and lost weight, and so I remained until the first pregnancy. After giving birth, I struggled to lose weight, and started my second pregnancy already overweight.”

Jenny points out the trigger that caused her to make the big change. Most of her fat after the second birth was around her belly. “I couldn’t fit in to my trousers and felt heavy and uncomfortable. I then decided to reduce my tummy fat and no matter what,” she says. “I could not look at myself in the mirror. I weighed 162 pounds and I was desperate to lose weight and belly fat.”

Jenny began her journey to lose tummy fat at her local medical centre that helped her to avoid eating sugar and gluten. “I wanted to lose my tummy fat but it was not easy because I started the process very skeptical, however after one session I realized that my life is going to change. I started eating healthy, and the belly became flatter and flatter. It’s all a matter of motivation”.

Jenny says that she decided to reduce her tummy fat as her 33 year-old birthday present. “I started eating things I never ate,” she says, “I started looking at my food. I started to combine diet with physical activity, first walking and then going to the gym. Pounds started coming off, and within five months I lost 48 pounds.”

Jenny says the most difficult part of the process of losing her belly fat was to start eating healthy food. “I was addicted to sweets. I could eat nothing all day and then pounce on chocolates and pastries. Suddenly I started to eat healthy food, no sugar and no gluten at all, and at first it was a shock. Luckily I’m persistent, and my flat stomach gives me more motivation to continue in the same way.”

“The decline in my belly fat was slow at first, but as I was persistent I could lose more belly fat. Now I feel amazing, physically and mentally. I’m proud to go with my two daughters at the street and show off the flat stomach I have after two births and buy the clothes that I could not get to them first.”

“The most difficult part after reducing my tummy fat was preserving the results,” says Jenny. “Especially at home with two little girls and a slim spouse that can eat all. I cook to my family separately, but don’t even taste. I have a very strong discipline and I’m able to resist.”

Jenny explains that eating gluten-free products and sugar-free does not necessarily causes flatter tummy, but the idea is to eat healthy and right, in an orderly manner. “I’m very careful,” she says, “and don’t give up to myself. I now have even a flatter tummy than I had before my pregnancies and I’m not going to give up on this achievement. My friends admire me for my determination. My confidence is high and I can wear what I want and buy what I want”.

The first thing Jenny did after reducing her tummy fat was to buy new clothes. She dropped 3 sizes. “I now believe in myself” she says. “Whoever believes in himself will succeed”.

Jenny’s advice for reducing belly fat

“Anyone can do it. It’s a question of willpower. Eliminate that temptations, especially when out of routine, and learn to live with it.

“Today I know that if a drop of sugar will enter my body, I will crave for sweets, so I avoid temptations. The whole story is: know the correct dosages, work on your motivation and believe in the process. The results will soon follow”.
