Is this the best Paleo Diet Cookbook ?

I‘ve received numerous emails and requests to recommend and review a Paleo Diet cookbook. Many of you got excited after reading my story about the Paleo Diet and how I used it to lose weight and reduce tummy fat after giving birth.

I bought a number of Paelo cooking books in Amazon and they were okay, but not too inspiring.  I’ve decided to buy the Paleo Recipe Book a few weeks ago and it was the best Paleo cookbook that I’ve used. Certain Things to Consider

Whether you’re new to the Paleo lifestyle or have had some experience with it before, there are a few things that you should be aware of before you jump into a program like this. Some of those things to consider are:

  • Eating meat. For anyone who happens to be an active vegetarian, the Paleo diet is not the best solution for you.
  • The need to stay away from dairy. Are you someone who always has to have that glass of milk or your favorite cup of yogurt each day? If so, you might have a hard time adjusting to the Paleo lifestyle. Still, it’s worth trying to give up dairy, as it can have a positive effect on your overall health.
